Mission
The mission of the Agnico Eagle—Eldorado Gold Québec Research Chair in Mineral Exploration is to create a world-class center of expertise and to develop new exploration methods using indicator minerals to discover new deposits.
PhD and MSc Projects
The objective of the Agnico Eagle—Eldorado Gold Québec Research Chair in Mineral Exploration is to develop new tools for mineral exploration. The Chair's research projects focus on indicator minerals for gold deposit exploration. The Chair is a research partnership between NSERC, Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited, and the Ministère de l'Énergie et des Ressources Naturelles du Québec. D. and M.Sc. projects are supported by competitive research grants.
